On June 22nd, 2022, PHILIP’s project partners gathered in Coimbra, Portugal, for the first Transnational Project Meeting.
One of the main goals of the kick-off meeting was to ensure that the project will achieve its objectives on time and to the expected quality levels. A risk management strategy was also agreed on. Partners also agreed on a risk management strategy and looked through the proposal to get acquainted with the next tasks and responsibilities, with special regards to the first Project Result (IO1).
This meeting was essential in terms of detailed planning of the general workflow. In fact, communication, cooperation, and decision-making structures were created, and all the partners’ specific tasks and responsibilities were established.
